Not sure why you're taking down the server to work on an update, I think it would be nice if you could have the server running to as close to 24/7 as possible. It seems that right now you're hosting the server yourself so I think that finding a service online that will host the server for you would be a good investment. I'm new and haven't played on the server yet but I'm looking forward to it.
