1. Its good because if you get scammed or anything that happens to your account you got proof that you got scammed or hacked !
2. Because alot of moderators want Video proof (sometimes pictures help too)
and also if you "Stake at duel arena" and get scammed You have a proof to show moderators that you got scammed and your items will be returned as soon as possible!
3. No only if your Staking/Risk fighting or so (but you can vid whenever you want )

Some programs Easy to use:
Hypercam (not the best but its very very easy to use and the quality isnt preatty bad)
Fraps (a little bit harder and the video file is going to be big you should go look for a tutorial to make it smaller)
